You can choose between instructing Susan Clark or Debbie Wiltshire or we can advise you who is best to deal with your case depending on the issues involved. We offer a fixed price divorce and clear estimates of fees for all other matters.
We can agree various costs limits on your matter which we will not exceed without your consent. We do not arrange meetings with you unnecessarily and suggest solutions as soon as possible.
We offer an initial interview for £60 including VAT during which time we can advise you about possible future charges and what you can expect from the proceedings. If you wish to discuss matters on the telephone first we are happy to do this free of charge.
